Founder, Dr. Steven Perry, B.Sc., D.C.

Dr. Perry attended Guelph University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. In 1995, he graduated from the Canadian Memorial College (CMCC) with his Doctor of Chiropractic and has been practicing in St. Thomas ever since. Dr. Perry has always envisioned a team approach to Natural Health Care and within one year of practice he co-founded Soteria Health Centres Inc. Two years later he started development of the Family Health Options concept that we know today.

Dr. Perry was elected to serve as President of the London Chiropractic Society for the 1998-1999 term and is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Chiropractic Association (OCA & CCA). As a contributor to his profession, time is spent guest lecturing and tutoring students of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. Dr. Perry believes that community service is a vital part of professional life. He is committed to taking every opportunity to educate local service groups about health and health related topics.

Partner, Dr. Gregory Johnston, B.H.K., B.Ed., D.C.

Dr. Greg Johnston graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1999 and has been practicing in St. Thomas since that time. Dr. Johnston has served as president for the London Chiropractic Society and is a member of both the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) and the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA).  Previous to that, Dr. Johnston graduated from the University of Windsor with degrees in Human Kinetics and Education. He taught elementary school in the Sarnia area for three years before returning to school to train as a chiropractor.

Dr. Johnston’s practice revolves around the use of “diversified technique”. This is the primary technique taught at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. The great aspect of practicing this technique is that it allows for the integration of the best aspects of the various chiropractic techniques into an individualized treatment program for each patient. Dr. Johnston’s goal as a chiropractor is to elevate the quality of life of others through the optimization of health.

Dr. Lauren Ollivierre (Wolfe), BHSc ND

I grew up in the small town of Aylmer, with big dreams of becoming a doctor, but wanted to find an place in medicine where I could be given the time to truly listen and put the whole health picture together. After completing a 4 year Bachelor degree in Health Sciences at Western University, I went on to attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. Since then, I have obtained my prescribing license, allowing me to prescribe Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and dive into my focus area of women’s hormones and menopause.

My goal as an ND is to always listen first, and work together to provide you the skills, knowledge, and evidence to make the health choices that work best for you. I use clinical diagnosis and laboratory testing to determine your complete health history in order to address all factors contributing to illness. In treatment, I use a combination of acupuncture, herbs, supplements, as well as lifestyle and dietary counseling uniquely prescribed for each persons needs. I maintain a general practice treating the whole family, with a focus in women’s health and hormones, from fertility to menopause.

Katherine Dimoff, B.A., M.Div. Clinical Counselling
Registered Psychotherapist

Katherine is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). In her therapy, she uses a systemic approach that seeks to understand both your past and present contexts. Her training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps her to get to the heart of the issues in your most important relationships. She is relational and collaborative and believes that change happens when you feel safe in the therapy office to share the deep stuff that’s really on your mind and in your heart. Katherine is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which allows her to effectively treat traumatic experiences, whether single occurrences such as a sexual assault, or relational wounds or repeated trauma so that they no longer hold you back. She also integrates what she finds most helpful from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, structural therapy (hello, boundaries!), family of origin work, self-compassion work, and somatic therapy (what your body is telling you). She invites you work together with her to help you get back to yourself.
